For far too long, periods have been treated like a secret — hidden, whispered about and managed with products that were uncomfortable, wasteful and never spoken about.

Our founder, Sevgi Anar, grew up in Australia in a traditional Turkish household where periods were taboo. Like most girls, she’d sneak pads up her sleeve at school, hoping no one would notice. If only period underwear existed back then — it would’ve saved so much stress and embarrassment.

When Sevgi discovered period underwear years later, her reaction was simple:
“Where have you been all my life?”
Comfortable, sustainable, empowering — no bulky pads, no tampons, no mess and most important of all, no shame!

After moving to the UAE, she realised the same silence still surrounded women here. And as someone who has always pushed limits, broken norms and fought to empower women, she knew she had to change that.

Returns Policy

Faulty Products & Refunds

If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team at info@bodi-fresh.com. Kindly include your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the defect. If possible, attach a photo highlighting the issue. Our team will review your case and respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds are processed in the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

Purchases from Stockists

If you purchased your Bodi Fresh product through a stockist or retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return or exchange policies. As each retailer manages their own sales and aftercare, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items bought outside of our official store.

Wash Guide

 

Period undies provide 4 layers of protection against leakage and staining, making them both reliable and reusable. To maintain optimal performance, we recommend washing the underwear after each cycle.

So how do you wash period underwear?

It takes only four quick steps to enjoy the freshness of Bodi Fresh briefs:

 

1. Rinse your period underwear with cold water immediately. Aim to not let them soak, and continue rinsing until the water appears clear. Alternatively, some customers choose to rinse them in the shower.

 

2. For best results, pop the items in a delicates bag and wash on a cold cycle in the washing machine. If you have no other laundry, just hang to dry till the next load.

 

3. Skip fabric softener to maintain the period pants' natural fibres; instead, opt for laundry liquid or soap.

 

4. Easily hang your items outdoors and let the sun and breeze do the work for you. Enjoy the convenience of air-dried items, and store for later use.
