Our founder, Sevgi Anar, grew up in Australia in a traditional Turkish household where periods were taboo. Like most girls, she’d sneak pads up her sleeve at school, hoping no one would notice. If only period underwear existed back then — it would’ve saved so much stress and embarrassment.

When Sevgi discovered period underwear years later, her reaction was simple:
“Where have you been all my life?”
Comfortable, sustainable, empowering — no bulky pads, no tampons, no mess and most important of all, no shame!

After moving to the UAE, she realised the same silence still surrounded women here. And as someone who has always pushed limits, broken norms and fought to empower women, she knew she had to change that.

That’s how Bodi Fresh was born — a bold, unapologetic brand created to break stigma and give women the comfort and confidence they deserve.

With over a decade in health and wellness, Sevgi has always been driven by one mission: helping women feel strong, confident and completely themselves.
