Faulty Products & Refunds

If you receive a faulty product, please contact our customer service team at info@bodi-fresh.com. Kindly include your order number, proof of purchase, and a clear description of the defect. If possible, attach a photo highlighting the issue. Our team will review your case and respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds are processed in the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

 

Purchases from Stockists

If you purchased your Bodi Fresh product through a stockist or retailer, please contact them directly regarding their return or exchange policies. As each retailer manages their own sales and aftercare, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items bought outside of our official store.
